We’ve made it easier than ever to request your medical records. Patients can now submit requests online through MediCopy by visiting https://medicopy.net/roi and selecting “Submit an Online Authorization Form.”

Once your request is submitted, records are typically processed and delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on the size of the request.
